The 2nd PB week has come and gone and what weekend it was.
Unexpected results on Friday through to 93rd minute winners changing the course of events on Football Index.
On Friday we saw Reims beat Lyon and Levante beat Betis which threw up some surprises. Many traders had anticipated wins for Bartra for Betis and Depay and/or Traore for Lyon but it wasn’t to be as both teams were beaten on the night.
Saturday saw the introduction of Mbappe who quickly topped the forward PB charts after scoring a GWG and a goal after coming on at half time. Traders stepped in and he shot up in price and broke the £9 barrier. But the late La Liga game saw a change at the top late on when Messi completed his hat trick scoring the 92nd minute to take top forward and star man. Meanwhile, Cardiff goalkeeper earned most points to make it into this weekends top 11.
On Sunday, Aguero’s hat trick wasn’t enough to take forward PB as Sevilla new boy Andre Silva also scored a hat trick but with the added bonus of a GWG which proved to be the deciding factor. But it was Real defender Carvajal who took the star man dividends on Sunday night with a score of 246 points. Just a note too on Sunday’s top midfielder Kroos, he won his way to dividends with a stonking 117 passes out of 119!!
Monday night football was a night full of twist and turns. First, Milner’s penalty sent his PB scores sky high and looked to take top mid and star man until Atalanta’s Alejandro Gomez scored in the 93rd minute to take all star man divs and top mid.
